Unlocking and backup

For a correct diagnosis of the fault, please deactivate any lock setting of the product you send in service (password, lock model, iCloud account or Google).


Our advice is to save the information from the device in a safe place and to remember all the passwords.

How to prepare the parcel

1. Put the faulty product in its original box, together with all the accessories you received with it.


2. Put the box with the product in another box, together with the guarantee certificate of the product and a copy of the invoice.
