  • How does The Extended Warranty work?
    The Extended Warranty service starts from the day the standard warranty has expired. From this point on, Service Return takes care of everything.
  • How do I send the product in service?
    In order to send your product for repairs, you need to fill up a form on our website www.service-return.com on the dedicated section “Send in service” and after that we send a courier to pick it up.
  • What happens if the product cannot be repaired?
    If the product is not repaired in 5 days, Service Return replaces it;
  • How does the replacement take place? Do you replace my product with the another one exactly the same? The replacement process can be done either by replacing your product with one of the exact type, or by replacing it with a product of similar specification in the same category.
  • When can I buy the Extended Warranty package?
    You can choose to buy the Extended Warranty package at the moment of product purchase, and/or during the standard’s warranty period.
  • Why should I choose this package?
    Repair time is down from 15 to 5 days; You have priority in service; You have more warranty for your product.
  • Can I buy more Extended Warranty packages for one product?
    You can choose only one extension of warranty per product.
  • Who will take care of repairs and where? Service Return is an authorized management centre and collaborates with authorized service centres for all the displayed brands. We will receive your product and we will direct it to an authorized service, according to the reported fault. We collaborate with over 20 authorized centres in the European Union.
  • How should I package the product?
    You should package the product in the original box. If this is not possible, you can use another package. It is important to package the product properly, to fill it in with protection materials, to ensure its safety during transport.
  • Is there a telephone number I can call if I want more information? Extended warranty card holders benefit of a special service information telephone line (number found in the package) available from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., normal rate.
  • If the product brakes, do I have to go to the authorized service center or go back to the store?
    Service Return service is exclusively online. You only have to go on www.service-return.com and access the ”Send a product in service” section to have your product repaired. A courier will contact you in the shortest time possible to collect the product and send it to the Authorized Reception and Service Centre.
  • Does the extended warranty act as an insurance for my product? Does it cover issues as broken display, breaks or the using of my phone in water?
    The Extended Warranty extends the standard warranty of your product and respects exactly the same terms and conditions as the warranty offered by the producer/seller
